Glenarden, MD — January 19, 2026 — In a powerful observance of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Collective Impacts Foundation Corporation (CIFC) joined community leaders, faith partners, and residents for the Prayer 4 Prevention Brunch, hosted at American Legion Post 275. The inaugural event was presented in partnership with the Teen & Youth Alliance as part of its mission to promote a drug-free Glenarden.
CIFC President Dr. Cashenna A. Cross served as Special Guest MC, guiding a morning rooted in prayer, prevention, and purpose. The brunch honored the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. by elevating community-based solutions that strengthen families and protect youth through faith-centered engagement and proactive outreach.
